ANR MASSAGE

Before you get on the table, I will conduct a brief interview, asking questions about your health history, current medications, preferences and such.  Certain health concerns may contraindicate, or advise against, massage in some cases.  The interview process will also help me to tailor the session to your needs, ensuring that you receive the most benefit from your massage.  I will then leave the room while you undress and get on the massage table, underneath the sheets.  You will always remain draped (covered) except for the area being treated.  I will check in with you during the massage regarding pressure, comfort, etc.  Conversation is kept to a minimum so that maximum healing can occur.  If at any time you would like to request something that would make your massage more comfortable or need pressure adjusted please let me know.  This way you can take charge of your treatment and together we can work towards healing and relaxation.

At the end of your treatment I will gently bring you back to awareness, step out of the room to let you redress, and will be waiting for you outside the room with some cold water.

You should feel greatly relaxed.

I accept payment in the form of cash, check and credit (Visa, MC, Discover, AmEx) at the time of treatment.  ANR MASSAGE does not carry change for overpayment.  Please make sure to have the correct amount.

Tipping is never a requirement.  However, if you choose to leave a tip it is always welcome and greatly appreciated!  The amount is up to you and depends on how well you enjoyed your experience and whether or not your needs were met.
